- Account data: login identifiers (e.g., email or phone number) and profile data provided voluntarily.
- Technical data: IP address, user-agent, event logs.
- We do not process candidate data or special categories of data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Creating and maintaining the account and providing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Security and diagnostics (logs) (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Handling inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)).
4. Data recipients
- Clerk – authentication provider (processor).
- OVH Poland – infrastructure hosting.
- Umami – traffic analytics (cookieless).
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Data may be processed in the United States by Clerk under its data transfer safeguards.
6. Retention period
- Account data – deleted promptly after the user deletes the account.
- Technical logs – 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
8. Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for authentication (Clerk). Umami runs in cookieless mode.
10. User age
The service is available to minors. If the law requires guardian consent, the user should obtain it.
